A generously laid out messuage on sea-lateral slope property
with about 800 m². From a natural mountain-slope and partialy
bordered with a wooden fence, with a view over the approx. 100
m lower located beach until to America.....

The functional constructed house consists in the core of 3 big
sized bedrooms, 2 large bathes, a kitchen with dining corner,
central living-room with entrance to a further residence and/or

The house is located on a rock in a way, so that a roofed area
resulted to the sea side. This originally empty area was transformed
in a cosy guest studio with separate entrance. It consists of
a large hall at the entrance door, as well as the living-room
with sleep couch and a small kitchen line, a shower with a wall
mounted toilet. Although one could regard the entire unit as
basement, it is limited only on the back wall high by the slope
and offers from all areas unrestricted sea view!

The main bedroom has a own big bathroom, the other shower bathes
are centrically between the two other bedrooms and is directly
accessible from them.
Fully furnished kitchen with lockable roomy pantry, large cooling
freezing combination, dishwasher, cook field 4 flames gas, electrical
oven. It contains a roomy dining corner with buffet and open
entrance to the reading and TV area.
Windows and doors are out of aluminum, blue painted; the mosquito
protection roll lattices inserted nearly everywhere requires
a renovation.
Warm-water supply economically by a instantaneous water heater
powered with gas.
Lodger flat (guest apartment): Main entrance with large wind
catch (hall with approx.. 6 m²), living room and/or the
actual studio with small kitchen line with 2 flames gas plate,
high quality dishwasher and a following bathroom with a wall-mounted
toilet, wash basin and bricked shower corner. From everywhere
there is a marvelous sea view. |
