The terrace with a size of 44 mē is partially roofed, you can have your breakfast there, without the butter melts on bread. The whole house was put on with the back to the wind, so that the roomy terraces are very well as sun terraces. Further there is a storage room in the ground floor stairway, what accommodates the amplifier of the digital TV reciever.

The upper stairway base at the entrance to this dwelling can be added to the useful area od the dwelling. The stairway is arranged so comfortable, that it can be transformed to use both dwellings together with less action.
Description
  first-class multi-family house of 4 units, 2 apartments in the basement, a main dwelling in the ground floor and a further dwelling in the upper floor. The messuage of 210,40 mē floor area is on a 525 mē large property, with garden put on (powerful mourning pasture) and further auxiliary buildings and/or installations.
The messuage impresses by the use of qualitatively high-quality building materials and - elements and the throughout clean processing. All windows and glassed terrace doors from colored aluminum (blue) with ISO glazing and inserted rungs. They provide against excessive sun exposure and break-down by folding shops out of the same material. Internal doors out of natural wood, painted light white with visible wooden contour and first quality fittings out of NIROSTA. The hipped roof was covered with blue enameled bricks, and have a installed copper gutter to derivative the rain water into the internal reservoir. By the way we have to mention the high-quality designed floor and wall tiles which are used in all areas. This concerns naturally also to the terraces and in particular also the nice located patio of the entrance zone.
A completely roofed carport was imported from Germany. The messuage was finished 2002 and taken in use.

Place
  The name Costa Calma (= quiet coast) stands for kilometer long dream beaches. Besides Morro Jable, Costa Calma is one of the touristic centres of the islandīs south. Even though in last years there was constructed many hotels, apartments and houses - the cityīs name does it credit. Shoping is possible in different shoping centers with shops, banks, bars restaurants. There are also internet cafes. Medical centers are there - also a german surgency with a wellness-center and german medical management.
There are many kinds of sport possible. For water sport, there are 2 surf schools and 3 diving centers. For others, there a possibilities to rent a tennis place in one of the hotels, or easy jog or walk along the wide beaches. A training golf course is only 10 minutes by car available. Not to forget the many managed tours, like Quad-Tours, motorbike tours, catamaran sailing.
