On a land with about 100.000 m², 8 Chalets are under
construction. Each property is sized between 10.000 and 12500
m². The different chalets have a usefull between 122 m²
and 175 m². All chalets are under construction (July 2007)
and should be finished during the year 2008. Each chalet will
be conected to the public energy and water provider. Phone will
be possible by wireless connection - inclusive internet access.
The properties are located about 2500 m from the beach of Tarajalejo,
about 120 m over the level of the ocean. The distance to Gran
Tarajal (second biggest town of the island) is 13 km, to Puerto
Rosario (main city) and to the airport about 50 km, and the
the golden yellow beaches of Costa Calma is about 15 km.

3.1 bricklayer work
construction from hollow blocks, external walls 25 cm and inner walls 12 cm thickly as in the plan indicated, with cement mortar shifts
3.2 linings external plaster, vertically and horizontal as cement finery, evenly taken off and rubbed. Gypsum finery at vertical and horizontal surfaces, squirted inside. Painting with smooth emulsion paint and outside with rough fassadenfarbe. Floors are disguised with ceramic plates, also appropriate vertical wall surfaces in bath and kitchen (mirror tiles)

The horizontal roof areas are covered with gravel (Picón) and the bent roof areas with roof color, both sealings correspond to the respective standards N.B QB. 91 of the type PA-3 (manufactured bitumen course with polymers of the type LO-20-NA, shifts on painting of bitumen of 1,5 kg/m².
3,5 installations
3.5.1 plumber and waste water work the water supply is done via the public water servicer (Consorcio de Abastecimeinto de Aguas de Fuerteventura) or also over truck supplies. The installation is made of strengthened polyethylene pipes and shifted in agreement with the existing guidelines for interior installations by drinking water.
3.5.2 electricity installations the current supply takes place from UNELCO, (public power supplier) going off the lines, which run at the area.
3.5.3 waste water installations waste water installations from PVC pipes, which are led into sifón pits to flow and from there into a two-chamber sewage system. |
