Charges of our services:
Transactions up to 250.000.- €: 5% of buy/sell price, minimum is 4.000.- €
Minimum charge for touristic, commercial and industriel projects is 5.500.- €
Transactions from 251.000.- to 750.000.- €: 3,5% (*) of buy/sell price
Transactions with more than 750.000.- €: 2,5% (*) of buy/sell price
*) Note: The charge is calculated with use of interpolation, should the occasion arise, in favour of the real estate agency.

Prices of sales are inclusive commision if there is no further information in object´s details.
